Dear Leader is dead now, or is he?
Well not according to the North Korean National Defence Commission.
“We declare solemnly and confidently that the foolish politicians around the world, including the puppet group in South Korea, should not expect any change from us,” it said.

So as we have seen so many times with the Western narrative of the one bad guy like Saddam Hussein, Osama Bin Laden, Robert Mugabe, Muammar Gaddafi, Kim Jong-il, etc. causing all the trouble in the world, the dumbed down Hollywood version of political realities and world events as peddled in the popular media and sold to the gullible masses is fundamentally misleading if not deeply flawed.

“A massive Arctic ozone hole opened up over the Northern Hemisphere for the first time this year, an international research team reported Sunday. The hole covered two million square kilometres — about twice the size of Ontario — and allowed high levels of harmful ultraviolet radiation to hit large swaths of northern Canada, Europe and Russia this spring, the 29 scientists say.The discovery of the “unprecedented” hole comes as the Canadian government is moving to cut its ozone monitoring network.”

It is with great sadness that we take notice of the passing away of Christopher Hitchens due to long illness with cancer.
“He was a cross between Voltaire and Orwell. He loved words.
“He would drink a bottle of whisky when I would manage two glasses of wine and then be up in the morning writing 1,000 perfect words.
“He could throw words up into the sky, they fell down in a marvellous pattern.”
Denis McShane

Besides for his sharp intellect and his potent writing skills, Hitchens would be best remembered for his ferocious attacks on religion, his intense hatred for an harmless old lady named Mother Theresa who dedicated her entire life to doing good and his enthusiastic support for the USA led invasion of Iraq which led to the death of over a hundred thousands civilians and the displacement of over a million people.

Cheers then to an exemplary atheist. May his soul rest in peace.

After a very long sabbatical due to having lost all interest in the world of blogging and with not much to say I will be resurrecting this cold blue ozony thing from the dead.
So let the fun and games commence.
